Host Housing for the 2024 Saint Francis Tulsa Tough is a courtesy offered to ELITE TEAMS, PROFESSIONAL, CAT 1 AND CAT 2 RACERS, and APPROPRIATE SUPPORT STAFF ONLY.

Please read the following guidelines before completing the request form. If you feel you, or any of your teammates, cannot or do not wish to follow these guidelines, you should make other arrangements.

Host Housing is available for teams arriving on or after Thursday, June 6, 2024 and departing no later than Monday, June 10, 2024. 

Host Families are Asked to Provide...

  • ​A place to sleep

  • A place to shower/clean up

  • A place to store bicycles and gear

​

Host Families are NOT Asked to Provide...

  • Food — Most host families will gladly give riders/teams use of their kitchen for food storage and preparation. Host families can also direct teams to nearby grocery stores and restaurants

  • Transportation — You must make your own arrangements to get to and from the airport if you are flying to Tulsa. A diligent effort is made to secure hosts that live within easy riding distance of the race venues

  • Housing for team members' significant others or family members who are not a part of the team and not in Tulsa to compete in the event

HOST HOUSING REQUEST DEADLINE IS MAY 17, 2024

Host housing is a very popular benefit offered to Saint Francis Tulsa Tough racers. The supply of host families is limited and is first come, first served. Therefore, it is important you submit your request promptly. Although housing is not guaranteed, every effort will be made to provide host housing for all teams that place their requests by the deadline. Large teams may be divided, but will be placed in as close proximity as possible. Requests for specific host families should be indicated under "Special Considerations" on the request form. These will be honored when available and appropriate.

Once host housing has been assigned, you will be contacted with information regarding your host. It will then be your responsibility to contact your host to discuss details.

Please be prompt, courteous, and responsive in your communications with your host.

For Tulsa-based families/individuals who are willing to host a team at their home.

For ELITE TEAMS, PROFESSIONAL, CAT 1 AND CAT 2 RACERS, and APPROPRIATE SUPPORT STAFF ONLY to register for host housing.
